The process aims to  

  • effectively fuel you for the work you are undertaking,  

  • maximise training adaptations,  

  • support recovery and illness prevention.  

It involves two face-to-face consultations to fact find and present feedback, in addition to working together remotely. The analysis and feedback recommendations will: assess the quantity and quality of energy intake against research evidence specific to your sporting activity (intensity, frequency and volume) and daily life routines/logistics, personalise macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein and fat) requirements and timings, evaluate micronutrient intake and provide multiple example daily menus for different training situations, pre-race and race days and ‘key reminders’ through the SENPro Software and App.  

Price includes follow-up advice and WhatsApp discussions as required for a three-month period and access to SENPro. If required, continued access to SENPro will be billed at £50 per annum after the initial three-month period.
