At Maison du Velo we specialise in servicing all types of bikes. We are equipped to deal with anything from high end road bikes, the school run cargo bike, mountain bikes in all their guises, to the Raleigh that's been in the garden for 10 years!

We offer everything from basic servicing and repairs, up to full strip down services and even workshop maintenance courses.

You can book your bike in using the form below, with no pre payment required, or give us a call to discuss your bikes needs. We always aim to offer a same day turnaround, and unlike many chain stores, non stock parts are usually only 1 to 2 days away.

HOW WE WORK

| Most workshop jobs must be pre-booked: please call 01737 241 188 or book online.

| Smaller jobs can be dropped in without pre-booking but may have to join a queue before they are completed, please call for up to date lead times.

| Please drop your bike off no later than 10.00 am. If you’d like to leave it with us the day before, then great, we might get it done sooner!

| We’ll aim to have your bike ready for collection on the same day, provided there are no unforeseen issues

| We’ll give your bike a quick visual check on arrival to assess the work required. Please leave a contact number so we can inform you of any changes or additions

| Our standard charge for workshop services is £60 per hour

| We are able to service E-Bikes but only accept bikes with systems from major brands like Bosch, Specialized and Shimano. Please call if you are unsure

| If your bike has Integrated headset and/or handlebar cabling extra charges may apply depending on the bike, between £20 and £140

Referral Scheme

We always love to see new faces, different bikes and to build on our already fantastic community. As such, we offer a referral scheme where, as an existing customer, you can recommend a friend for a huge 20% off their first service with us. Plus, if they book their bike in online, you can also receive 20% off your next service as well!

How it Works (T&Cs):

• As an existing customer you must first have your bike serviced or repaired with us. After collecting your repair of any value, you will receive a code to give out to anyone you would like to recommend.
• New customer and referral discounts can be used with the Level 1, 2 and 3 service types.
• As an existing customer you can recommend as many friends as you like, they can all enjoy their first service with 20% off.
• If more than one new customer has their bike serviced from your referral, you will accrue discount on multiple future services but discounts cannot be stacked on one job.
• The discount ONLY applies to the initial service labour and does not cover any further discount on parts or added labour if required.
• New customers must add the name of the person that made the recommendation in the comments section of their online booking for the discount to be applied to the existing customer.
